Spiritual Growth

     God has blessed us tremendously in the last year and a half with the work here in Hendersonville.  The parents and teens have been supportive of everything we have done, but the real reward has been watching the faith of these young people grow.  One of our greatest joy has been seeing them live out the lessons learned from God's Word.  The young men have stepped way out of their comfort zones by leading devotionals, singing, and prayers in a public setting.  Our young women are always serving from raking leaves in the community, cleaning up the church grounds, to printing new song books.  These young people are now going into their schools and to their closest friends with the love of Christ.  This is evident in the size of our classes on Sundays and Wednesdays.  Many of them no longer keep their faith to themselves but freely share their joy in Christ with others.  We should all be learning from their example. 
     Today during the Bible class hour we will be sharing many trips and events planned for our young people and their families this spring and summer.  Our goal  is to aid our youth and families as they grow in Christ and share His love with all those around them.  We are excited to see what new heights God will lead us to in the future.  May God bless you all.
